Reviews
First time here and surprised with the size of the burgers. A nice 10oz patty with thick maple bacon. It was delicious. Wide selection of craft beers, staff was great and not overly attentive. Definitely will be back
This gem was simply to die for on Sunday for their brunch, which was amazing. I truly enjoyed the decor and the food was really good! It's been a while since I visited a restaurant with authentic food and great ambiance. Please visit!
Nice quiet ares to eat at very unique decor. Didn't care too much for fish. Taco was burned, plus no flavor. The salsa Verde and avocado were the only thing good on it. Pilsner Beer is excellent, and the pizza.
Great atmosphere and amazing food. I got the burger and it was massive and really juicy. They have truffle fries. I was not a big fan because they have an onion taste but my husband loved them. I preffered their regular fries. They are thin and crispy. The outdoor seating is also really nice.
Great tapas! The sliders are juicy! Be careful because they are also very hot when served! I had a wild boar taco and it was most wonderful. A good selection of beer and very easy to find...more or less in the center of town! Add in a friendly staff and you should put it on your food list when visiting Goshen NY!
I honestly don’t know where to start- so I’ll start at the end… I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
We’ve been here a few times since moving to the area three years ago and keep trying to give it another chance despite it getting worse with each visit. This one will be the last.
To put it bluntly - the food is overpriced and just bad. The $20 medium rare burger (a bare burger is $14 but you pay for every topping including cheese) came out well done and, on the outside, was just an absolute piece of charcoal. It tasted like a campfire. The bun was stale and completely fell apart the second I picked it up. I fully believe that the fries were days old and just refried, soggy and flavorless. The entire meal was basically inedible. The chicken wrap was just soggy drippy mush.
There was only one server there tonight who I’ve seen there before and who I believe is the one being called out in other reviews for being really rude - and I have to say, my experience was consistent with these reviews. This place is pretty busy - almost every table had kids under 5- I’ve waited tables and do get that this is stressful. I get that this is probably a difficult shift but this server just let every bit of stress just fully show and was straight up nasty to customers. If the service or the food were at all acceptable I’d either give a higher star review or not review at all just to not smack talk a business, but this was a lot of $ to spend on inedible meals and service where I felt like they were angry at me for being there.
Danny was the bartender on duty and he was very welcoming and helpful. He knows his beer and is friendly. We had the salmon BLT. We enjoyed it and it had a lot of bacon on it. The pickles are very fresh and enhanced the flavors in the food. We also ordered a brewed burger which was the size of my 8 year olds hand but the bread was the size of my husbands hand lol it didn’t make sense nor matched. I didn’t enjoy the burger much but the salmon burger was good. The salmon was a little over cooked but still tasty. I had a glass of riesling wine and grocery getter beer the beer was great. Easy parking but alot of cops and they park and stare. So don’t think about drinking and driving in this town. If you want to catch a nice vibe and enjoy the area I would totally recommend coming here.
Great place to come have lunch. I would definitely like to come back and try the dinner here.
